Designation: Technical Support Officer TSO/ Sr. TSO/Customer support

Key Accountability:

Troubleshooting operational issues in Customer computer systems
Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup / DSL customers only).
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.

Specific knowledge required:
Education:

Graduate/Under Graduate, Drop Out (Any stream)
Experience 0 to 5 years
An understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
Basic computer and desktop knowledge.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Good Troubleshooting skills
Flexible to work in night shifts: 24*7*5 days working.
