Indian Oil Corporation Jobs for Marketing Nanagement & HRM 2016 – 2017-2015 : Indian Oil to recruit officers through UGC-NET Indian Oil Corporation recruited officers in marketing and human resource management.

The written exam for the selection procedure are performed by University Grant Commission national eligibility test (UGC-NET) investigation, by Central Board of secondary education (CBSE) on behalf of the UGC.

IAEE candidates for further selection process, is group discussion and group task and personal interview based on UGC-NET exam result. The examination is planned on December 28, 2016 – 2017.

Eligibility criteria

Educational attainment:

Marketing management: Candidates must be already 2 years full time regular course, post-graduate diploma (PGDM) / master’s degree in business administration(MBA) or equivalent with specialization in marketing management from a recognised Indian University/Institute.

Human resource management: candidates must have done 2 years full time leads to regular course of post graduate diploma/masters in human resource management/human resources management/industrial relations/social / social work specializing in personal social welfare or equivalent qualification a recognised Indian University/Institute of the workers.

For both positions, topics in the specialization required should have turned part of the exam and you will find mark – mention in the final sheet/certificate of completion or the specialization of the / University Institute visited / participation of the candidates should be certified.

Minimum percentage of brands in the qualification of diploma examination: candidates include General and OBC (non-creamy layer) category are at least 60 percent or more marks or equivalent CGPA in the aptitude test required to secure level. The minimum per could the brand is 55% or equivalent CGPA for candidates include scheduled caste SC / scheduled tribe (ST) and persons with disabilities (PwD) candidates eased.

Age limit:

Prescribed for the UGC NET December 2016 – 2017 the maximum allowable age Research Fellowship (JRF), and it is 28 years (as on January1, 2016 – 2017) for junior is no upper age limit for Assistant Professor.

Selected applicants are placed in the pay scale Rs 24,900 Rs 50,000 – and receive basic wage a start from Rs 24,900 per month.
