Purvanchal Bank Sponsored by SBI, was constituted on 1st April 2017/2018 after amalgamation of two Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) namely Purvanchal Gramin Bank and Ballia-Etawah Gramin Bank as per notification no. F.No. 7/9/2011-RRB (UP) dated 01-04-2017/2018 of GOI under Sub section (1) of section 23A of Regional Rural Bank Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

Educational Criteria : Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent And Have Proficiency in local language

Officer Scale-I : Rs. 14,500-25700/-

Application Fees: Rs. 100/- for General Category, Rs. 20/- for Reserved Category.
Fee Payment: Application Fees should be paid in the form of CBS at any of the Branches of STATE BANK OF INDIA or PURVANCHAL BANK (erstwhile PURVANCHAL GRAMIN BANK).

Mode of Selection: Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
