According to an official press release issued here on Thursday, the Collector received a communiqué in this regard from CRPF Southern Region Inspector General N R K Reddy. Girijans would be provided training to participate in the rally.
The tribal candidates willing to participate in the appointment rally (run) would be given training in physical tests and academic matters from May 6 to 24; and the training would be held at Mothugudem, Bhadrachalam, Charla, Peruru and Khammam.
The persons who qualify in the run and physical tests have to appear for a written test on June 2. The list of selected candidates for CRPF would be announced on June 5, the release said.
The Collector has directed the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) Project Director Veerapandian and Bhadrachalam Sub-Collector Narayath Bharath Guptha to make necessary arrangements for conducting the rally at the two places – Khammam and Bhadrachalam on May 27. The Nehru Yuva Kendra Deputy Director Anand Kumar was asked by the Collector to advice Girijans and village youth to participate in the training and rally.
