The Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Prosthetic and Orthotic Engineer on temporary basis. Eligible candidates can apply before November 15, 2016 – 2017.

Pay Scale: PB-2 of Rs 9,300-34,800 plus grade pay of Rs 42,00.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetic and Orthotics from a recognised university as approved by Rehabilitation Council of India. Candidates must be in possession of either Sikkin Subject Certificate or Identification certificate issued by the competent authority under relevant order of the state government.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 30 years as on November 1, 2016 – 2017. 

How to Apply
Complete application form accompanied by attested copies of Class X and XII marksheet and certificate, degree marksheet/degree certificate awarded by a recognised university as approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India, valid local employment card issued by the competent authority of the government of Sikkim, valid certificate of identification/Sikkim Subject Certificate, valid category certificate from BL/SC/ST/MBC/OBC issued by the competent authority of the government of Sikkim, marital status certificate in respect of female candidates, no objection certificate from the appointing authority/head of the department in case of employed candidate in regular establishment under government of Sikkim.

Application along with original bank receipt of the State Bank of Sikkim, for Rs 150 credited to ‘0051-SPSC’. 

The complete application form should reach the secretary, Sikkim Public Service Commission, Old West Point School complex, Near Police Headquarter, Gangtok by hand or by post on or before 3 pm on November 15, 2016 – 2017.
