What is Eligibility to Apply for CTET 2018 ?

 CTET 2017/2018 Download Syllabus For Exam Feb 2017/2018 at www.ctet.nic.in CTET FEB 2017/2018 EXAM APPLY ONLINE PROCESS Central Teachers Eligibility Test 2017/2018 CTET is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE every year.This is an examination of all India level conducted for candidates aspiring to be a teacher in class 1 to 8 . The next CTET exam will be on February 16, 2017/2018 .

The following people are eligible to appear in the CTET .

    Minimum requirements to become classroom teachers IV : Primary Stage

Senior
Secondary (or its equivalent ) with at least 50 % marks and passed or
appearing in final year of 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education ( by
whatever name known )

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent )
with at least 45 % marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 –
year Diploma in Elementary Education ( by whatever name known ) , in
accordance with the NCTE ( Recognition Norms and Procedure) ,
Regulations, 2002 .

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent )
with at least 50 % marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 –
Bachelor of Elementary Education course ( B.El.Ed ) .

Education ) * .

     Minimum requirements for becoming a teacher for classes VI- VIII : Elementary Stage

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education ( by whatever name known ) .

    Applicable to central government schools ( KVS , NVS , Central Tibetan Schools etc. ) and schools under the administrative control of UT of Chandigarh , Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu and Andaman and Nicobar Island and NCT of Delhi .
    It may also be applicable to private unaided schools can exercise the option of considering the CTET .
    The schools are owned and managed by the State Government / local bodies and aided schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government .

CTET Certificate will be valid for a period of seven years from the date of announcement of the results.
There are no restrictions for subsequent application CTET exam .

Step 1 : Visit the official website of CTET www.ctet.nic.in
step 2 – Follow all instructions carefully
Step 3 – Fill the application form carefully
step4 – uplaod scanned photo and the sample size using CTET notification .
step5 – Payment of examination fees through challan card or debit / credit
step6 confirmation page -Download and sliding direction

The confirmation page along with a photocopy of CBSE challan should be sent through registered post / speed just before 07/11/2017/2018 . ( Do not send by courier )
